  • When should I expect delivery? 

    Cocktail orders are shipped with the option for 1-2 Day or 3-4 Day delivery, as presented at checkout. While 95% of deliveries do arrive within these expected timeframes, on rare occasions it may take up to 5 working days for your cocktails to arrive.

    If your order has not arrived on the day expected and you have received your shipping confirmation email, your order is on its way and can be tracked via the courier tracking website using your unique tracking ID. We appreciate your patience during any courier processing delays.

    We currently fulfil orders 5 days a week, excluding public holidays and orders are dispatched and delivered Monday–Friday. No Sunday delivery is currently available.

    Pre-5pm weekday orders are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will ship on Sunday. All public holiday orders will be dispatched over the following 2 working days.

    All shipping methods include a tracked service with our couriers. You will receive email notifications directly from Yodel or DPD to track and to divert your order to a neighbour (or Leave Safe if this delivery option was selected at Checkout) if you are not going to be available to take delivery. Please follow the courier email prompts to communicate these changes directly with the courier service.

    On the day of delivery, you should receive a 2-hour delivery window notification via email that you provided at checkout.

    LEAVE SAFE: Our boxes have been designed to fit through standard sized letterboxes. If you have a non-standard sized or security letterbox, or ordered multiple boxes to the same address and there is no one in to take receipt of the box, the courier will leave it in a safe place. You can designate a Safe Place or a Preferred Neighbour as well as other delivery options via the courier website.

    SIGNED FOR: Our delivery partner currently operates contactless deliveries; SIGNED FOR deliveries will be handed over in a contactless manner when the door is answered by the recipient, with delivery documented digitally. If you are not in at the time of delivery and a neighbour is unavailable to take receipt of the parcel (you can designate a Preferred Neighbour with the courier directly), the courier will attempt delivery the following working day with a maximum of 3 delivery attempts after which, the parcel will be return to NIO Cocktails.

    Customers can request a parcel is re-sent by NIO, however a delivery charge is required.
